The moment you check out on a quote / process an order online, an order with a unique order number is generated in our system. We will see the order on our side as "Created". As soon as we receive your Payment, Print-Ready Artwork and Address Verification, our Support Team will review all the order information and Pre-Press the order to go to the next stop in our Process - DTP Department. You will receive an email with the latest delivery date as soon as our DTP Department gives their stamp of approval on your Artwork. Your order is now ready to go into production, changing your status to "Shipping Required" (Your order is in production and the next step is to pack and ship your order out) You will receive an e-mail with tracking details as soon as we ship your order out.
