Due to multiple Production facilities and a fast-paced production environment, collections are not always possible.
We can only authorise a special collection when you've placed a RAPID / Express+ Order and it is outside of the Delivery zone. You will need to speak to one of our Agents and get the collection info from them, they will supply you with a collection slip that includes all the collection details, i.e Address, Collection ID, Contact Person and Time of collection.
If you send a courier to collect this order, they will need to present the slip upon collection. No Collection Slip - No Collection.
