If you're receiving a report that your artwork is corrupted, it's not your fault and we promise you we have not lost the plot. Sometimes corruption of a file will happen during the saving or uploading of a file. To avoid any unnecessary back and forth emails, we suggest that you re-save / export your file (just to be safe) and re-upload it. Be sure to check that the internet connection is strong.
