What should be included in a letterhead?

COMPANIES

Companies need to contain the following information on their letterheads:

  • The full name of the company
  • Its place of registration
  • Its registration number
  • The address of its registered office
  • The address of its principal place of business

PARTNERSHIP

Partnerships must include: names of all partners and the address of the principal place of business.

SOLE PROPRIETOR

Sole proprietors must include: the Sole Proprietor's name and the address of their principal place of business.
