Can I submit a new artwork file

It all depends on where in the process your Order is. If your Order Status is on Pre-Press Approved, we have started with the production process and cannot turn this around anymore. If you opt to cancel the order at this stage, you will be charged accordingly and the balance of the order value will be transferred into your Store Credit Account to place a new order, a balance payment might be required, depending on the New order Specs.
